My name is Trudy Clist and I am a professional, qualified and fully insured Reflexologist, specialising in maternity and menopause. Based in Alphington, Exeter, I offer treatments in my tranquil and therapeutic treatment room at my home where I offer a safe environment and a very warm welcome. The house has plenty of parking to make the appointment a little more stress free.

I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists (AoR), giving you complete peace of mind that you are in good hands. This qualification is something I am proud to have achieved and is something not all Reflexologists have.
To ensure that my client's are getting the best professional treatments from myself, I have completed multiple Continued Professional Development courses in:

I have always been an advocate of my own health and over the years have competed in multiple sports and fitness ventures. Prior to settling down and having a family, I was a Physical Trainer in the Royal Navy for 10 years; benefitting from all the attributes of discipline and commitment that is required from all military personnel.
My family life evolved with two children and many animals in the peaceful county of Somerset. During this time, I shared the love of the outdoors with my family whilst juggling work and investing in my children’s activities. I ran my own business teaching swimming to many adults and children over a 20 year period.
I have always been drawn to complementary therapies, opting for the natural way to improve my health where possible. This led me into the non-invasive holistic therapy of reflexology.
Having experienced the challenging journey myself, I am particularly interested in perimenopausal and menopausal women. I am keen to support women using the techniques of reflexology that can aid them in symptom control and hormonal rebalancing.
