FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
Usually reflexology is perceived to be carried out on the feet but the exact same treatment can be carried out on the hands. In some cases, it is better on the hands but at the very least the experiences are similar and yield comparable results.
The reflexes are much deeper in the hands and therefore more pressure is required in order to produce the same results as foot reflexology.
