MENOPAUSE REFLEXOLOGY

A time to 'Pause and Reframe' - Who do you want to be for the next phase of your life and how can you achieve it?

Today, the average age of the menopause is 51 years and women typically live for another 30 or more years after this. These 30 years are your years!

Why does Menopause happen?

Your periods stop because your ovaries have run out of their supply of eggs to release each month and as a result they now make a lot less of the hormones oestrogen, progesterone and testosterone. Menopausal symptoms develop over time as your body is reacting to falling levels of these hormones, in particular oestrogen.
How can Reflexology help mangage your Menopause?
Reflexology research has shown that lifestyle factors for easing menopausal symptoms together with focused reflexology techniques can be beneficial in easing the symptoms of menopause, particularly hot flushes and night sweat.
